While, we can’t speak for all interracial couples - at least I won’t - but, not to worry, Reggie will do his best😂 Back in the early 90's, when we fell in love and decided to get married, there were PLENTY of opinions -wholy unwanted and entirely unsolicited - about how our relationship wouldn’t last- simply due to race and how we didn’t belong together- simply because of our differing skin colors and how, most of all, we were doing HUGE disservice to our future children. Many believed- and had no problem sharing their belief- that it was wholly unfair to bring individuals of mixed race into this world Despite these obtrusive, ignorant, often persistent voices We always knew what truly mattered... Our love for each other Along with the unconditional love of our children.
